Tax Controversy
I have represented individuals, businesses, and estates before the Internal Revenue Service, the State of Michigan Department of Revenue, and municipal taxing authorities. I am admitted to practice and have appeared before the United States Tax Court. I regularly represent taxpayers with income and estate tax appeals. This background allows me to defend an estate plan or tax position if it is ever questioned.
