Business Succession Planning
Most businesses do not survive the death of the owner. Many times this is the result of the estate tax burden associated with the business at an owner's death. Other times the failure to determine the successor is the culprit. My background allows integration of tax, business, and estate planning services to allow the business to pass to the next generation. This often involves developing creative solutions to coordinate the succession and estate planning with the strategic planning for the business. My age and experience allows me to work well with not only the current generation of business owner, but the future generation as well.
