| Paul
L. Winter is experienced
in estate, tax, and business planning for individuals and closely
held businesses. Paul practiced in large law firms in Michigan and
Wisconsin prior to recently establishing his own firm. He is a former
adjunct professor for the Masters of Taxation program, Walsh College.
Paul is also the author of numerous articles on estate and tax planning
and a frequent lecturer on estate, tax, and business planning topics
for other attorneys, trust professionals, and financial advisors.
Paul is licensed to practice in Michigan, Louisiana and Wisconsin.
He holds degrees from Alma College, B.A., magna cum laude, 1985; Tulane
University, J.D., cum laude, 1988; New York University, L.L.M. in
taxation, 1990. Paul regularly attends seminars throughout the country
and utilizes the latest computer technology to keep abreast of the
latest planning devices that become available and advisable under
tax laws. |
